Elevating the industry
The Conscious Comms Collective is a members-only, global community of social impact communications professionals. Members have access to networking and learning events in NYC. We are a safe space for comms pros who support or lead comms for social impact, CSR, or ESG at Foundations, corporations, nonprofits or agencies.
Why us?
Your network is your net worth, and ours is special. We are the only US-based, global Collective for nonprofit and for-profit social impact comms professionals.
We know that anyone can have a game-changing impact. The Collective includes members from a wide range of backgrounds, years of experience, and industries.
We're not outsourced. The Collective is led by a comms pro from a Fortune 20 corporation. Many Collectives are run by third parties, nonprofits, or consultants, but not us.
Networking, tailored to you
Our pricing meets you where you are. Proceeds solely keep the Collective running (we are a nonprofit).

Jahfre Colbert
“I wanted to pivot from marketing to communications. I didn’t know anyone in comms, but I stumbled upon this group. I made comms connections and learned tips for breaking into the space. I also learned how important social impact comms is not just for comms but for the world. I got clarity on my next career move!”
Director, Comms
Sally Susman
Retired Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Pfizer
“I spoke at the Conscious Comms Collective and was inspired by the passion and professionalism of the participants. I believe the Conscious Comms Collective will help practitioners achieve greater social impact.”
Amanda Coffee
CEO, Coffee Communications
“This is a very unique community: off-the-record, intimate, vulnerable, and full of impact. I’d encourage comms professionals at any level in their career (and in any industry) to join. What I enjoyed most is how engaged members are in each event, and how each gathering feels more like an off-the-record comms sharing session than a networking session.”
Jamie Sussman
Officer, International Rescue Committee
“CCC is the epitome of strategic comms and impact and has been invaluable for my career. It is a community where professional and personal development thrive. Each session is educational, welcoming, and empowering. By bringing insights from the crème de la crème of marketing and comms, the CCC continues to inspire and elevate.”
